As a naturopathic doctor and competitive long-distance runner, I understand the unique health challenges that active women face. Whether you’re training for a race, balancing fitness with a busy life, navigating a hormonal transition, or simply trying to feel your best, you deserve healthcare that takes your activity level, goals, and physiology into account.
My practice focuses on female athlete health and women’s hormonal health. I have a special interest in helping women address concerns such as:
